본 약관은 다독AI(DadokAI)(이하 "앱")의 이용 조건과 절차, 운영자와 이용자의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다. 앱은 별도의 사업자·법인 없이 개인 개발자(이하 "운영자")가 운영하는 개인 프로젝트입니다. 이용자가 앱을 설치·실행·이용함으로써 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 봅니다.These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using DadokAI (the "App"), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the operator and users. The App is a personal project run by an individual developer ("the operator", "I") with no business entity or company behind it. By installing, launching or using the App, you are deemed to agree to these Terms.
1. 정의1. Definitions
- "앱"이란 운영자가 제공하는 다독AI(DadokAI): AI 번역 리더 소프트웨어를 말합니다."App" means the DadokAI software provided by the operator.
- "이용자"란 본 약관에 따라 앱을 설치·이용하는 자를 말합니다."User" means any person who installs and uses the App under these Terms.
- "제3자 제공자"란 이용자가 직접 선택·연결하는 외부 번역 서비스 제공자(Google·Microsoft·OpenAI·OpenRouter 등)를 말합니다."Third-party provider" means an external translation service (e.g., Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, OpenRouter) that the User selects and connects to directly.
2. 약관의 효력 및 변경2. Effect and amendment of Terms
본 약관은 앱 내 또는 본 페이지에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다. 운영자는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 본 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 변경 시 개정 내용과 시행일을 본 페이지에 게시합니다. 이용자가 변경된 약관의 시행일 이후에도 앱을 계속 이용하는 경우 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.These Terms take effect when posted in the App or on this page. The operator may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law; when it does, it will post the amended content and effective date on this page. If you continue to use the App after the effective date, you are deemed to have accepted the changes.
3. 서비스의 내용 및 라이선스3. Service and license
앱은 다양한 포맷(EPUB·MOBI·AZW3·FB2 등)의 전자책을 읽고 AI 번역 기능을 제공하는 소프트웨어입니다. 운영자는 이용자에게 개인적·비상업적 목적으로 앱을 사용할 수 있는 비독점적·양도 불가능한 라이선스를 부여합니다. 이용자는 앱을 역설계·디컴파일하거나 법령이 허용하지 않는 방법으로 복제·배포할 수 없습니다.The App is software for reading e-books in various formats (EPUB, MOBI, AZW3, FB2, etc.) and for AI translation. The operator grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer or decompile the App, or copy or distribute it by means not permitted by law.
4. 서비스의 제공·변경 및 중단4. Provision, change and suspension of service
운영자는 앱 기능의 전부 또는 일부를 개선·변경할 수 있으며, 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스 제공을 중단할 수 있습니다. 앱은 별도의 운영자 서버에 의존하지 않고 이용자 기기에서 동작하나, 제3자 번역 서비스 등 외부 요인에 의해 일부 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다. 무료로 제공되는 서비스의 변경·중단으로 인한 손해에 대하여 운영자는 관련 법령이 정한 경우를 제외하고 책임을 지지 않습니다.The operator may improve or change all or part of the App's features and may suspend the service for operational or technical reasons. The App runs on your device without relying on a separate operator server, but some features may be limited by external factors such as third-party translation services. Except where required by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from the change or suspension of a free service.
5. 이용자의 콘텐츠와 의무5. Your content and obligations
이용자가 앱으로 불러오는 전자책 파일에 대한 책임은 전적으로 이용자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 해당 파일을 사용·열람할 적법한 권리를 보유해야 하며, 저작권 등 타인의 권리를 침해하는 자료나 DRM이 적용된 파일을 무단으로 사용해서는 안 됩니다. 또한 이용자는 관련 법령과 본 약관을 준수하고, 앱을 불법·부정한 목적으로 이용해서는 안 됩니다. 운영자는 이용자가 불러온 파일의 내용에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.You are solely responsible for the e-book files you import into the App. You must hold the lawful right to use and read those files and must not use material that infringes copyright or others' rights, or circumvent DRM. You must also comply with applicable laws and these Terms and must not use the App for unlawful or improper purposes. The operator is not responsible for the content of files you import.
6. 제3자 번역 서비스6. Third-party translation services
AI 번역은 이용자가 선택한 제3자 제공자(Google·Microsoft·OpenAI·OpenRouter)를 통해 이루어지며, 이용자가 직접 발급한 API 키로 연결됩니다. 해당 제공자의 이용약관·요금·데이터 처리 정책은 제공자와 이용자 간에 직접 적용되며, 번역 사용으로 발생하는 비용에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 운영자는 제3자 서비스의 가용성·정확성·요금에 대해 보증하지 않습니다.AI translation is performed through third-party providers you choose (Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, OpenRouter), connected with API keys you obtain yourself. Those providers' terms, pricing and data practices apply directly between you and the provider, and you are responsible for any costs arising from translation use. We do not warrant the availability, accuracy or pricing of third-party services.
7. 지식재산권7. Intellectual property
앱 및 앱에 포함된 소프트웨어·디자인·상표 등에 관한 지식재산권은 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 귀속됩니다. 본 약관은 제3조에 따른 사용 라이선스를 부여할 뿐, 그 외의 권리를 이용자에게 이전하지 않습니다. 이용자가 불러온 전자책 파일의 저작권은 해당 권리자에게 귀속됩니다.Intellectual property rights in the App and its software, design and trademarks belong to the operator or the rightful owners. These Terms grant only the license under Section 3 and transfer no other rights to you. Copyright in the e-book files you import belongs to their respective owners.
8. 결제8. Payments
현재 앱 자체에는 유료 인앱 결제가 없습니다. 향후 유료 기능이 도입될 경우, 결제·환불 조건은 해당 시점에 본 약관 또는 앱 내에 별도로 고지됩니다. 번역 제공자에게 지불하는 비용은 본 약관의 적용 대상이 아닙니다.The App currently has no paid in-app purchases. If paid features are introduced later, payment and refund terms will be provided in these Terms or in the App at that time. Amounts you pay to translation providers are outside the scope of these Terms.
9. 보증의 부인9. Disclaimer of warranties
앱은 "있는 그대로(as is)" 제공됩니다. 운영자는 앱이 오류 없이 중단 없이 작동하거나 특정 목적에 적합함을 보증하지 않습니다. 번역 결과의 정확성은 보장되지 않습니다.The App is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. The accuracy of translation results is not guaranteed.
10. 책임의 제한10. Limitation of liability
관련 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 운영자는 앱 사용 또는 사용 불능, 제3자 서비스 이용으로 발생한 간접·부수적·결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해에 대해서는 관련 법령에 따릅니다.To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or any third-party service. However, liability for damages caused by the operator's intent or gross negligence is governed by applicable law.
11. 준거법 및 관할11. Governing law and jurisdiction
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석·적용됩니다. 운영자와 이용자 간에 발생한 분쟁에 관한 소송은 민사소송법이 정한 관할 법원에 제기합니다.These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any litigation arising between the operator and a User shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
